Dirico Industry Launch- Boston – Tuesday 6/16/2009
Posted: Tuesday, June 16, 2009
All I can say is WOW...We kicked it into 6th gear Tuesday night for the Hometown fans in Boston. One of the coolest sites of the night was driving up to the Comcast Center and seeing my 48 foot bike trailer and 20 of the hottest, sexy, rockin, DIRICO bikes (you thought I was going somewhere else with this) lined up on display...The show was slammin and a big thanks to the Dropkick Murphy's for helping us out. Sturgis is a few short months away, and my own bike is ready for the trailer ride to meet me there...See you on the road ST

(you thought I was going somewhere else with this)Why yes I did,LOL I have been following the launch of these Bikes, from what I have seen and read on line sounds like they might give o.c.o a run for their money. I don't think I have seen this color scheme with Harley or OCO,or Drico lavender and a dark offset of purple, or yes even a pink one for us ladies.. I'm hoping to get a chance to see the bikes,I'm hoping one of the dealers around Portland oregon will have one or so I can take it out and feel the rumble (its a chick thang). I have been a fan of aerosmith's ever since I stole my older brothers toys album, your band was my first concert and holy bat boggers ya all vacinated my ass. I been watching the utube shots people are sending and you guys still kick ass. I only wish you were coming to portland oregon, your all around you guys are playing seattle, then cailfornia twice. Look if its a venue thang ya all can play my back yard and to quote ZZ top we'll have a prty on the patio. Ya probably won't read this but if ya do know that your biggest fan in portland oregon wishes you the and hopes to one day Owne a Drico bike. until then I will dream on about it. okay one more time please come to Portland oregon....

Hey Steven, My husband and I have 2 classice 1959 and 1961 Harley Panhead showbikes. Would anyone in your circle of friends be interested in them? Due to my husband's health (knee surgeries) he can no longer kick start them.

ST, Saw some bike art you might like. The guy makes sculptures out of car parts and there's this one you might like - it's called "Indian Motorcycle" built by this artist named James Corbett. You can see this at www.codagallery.com or call 800-700-4661 or 760-346-4661 and they can mail you a photo of it if you would like. I'd mail it, but I don't know where to send it. It's really cool looking. - Strawberry Blonde

Hey Steven! Aerosmith was my brothers all time favorite band (me as well). He just passed away from a brain tumor almost two months ago. I saw a lottery ticket with Areosmith and Dream On so I thought it would be so cool to play and really ironic if I won. (I never, ever play the lottery0 Well, I scratched the ticket to find I have the chance to win a Dirico motorcycle! I came home and wrapped the ticket up in one of his old, old Aerosmith concert teeshirts. Ya, I think I am losing my mind!! LOL I am praying to my brother he sends his positive energy to win that bike! I had to sell my Harley because of a failing business up here in the sticks near N. Conway, NH...Great ridin in this area :-) I have it all planned out on what License plate I want, RIP DAN, and on the tank will read Sweet Emotions.... Yes, I believe I have to be the winner of that Dirico motorcycle :-) I just believe that it would be so cool to ride something so awsome in my brothers memory. I listen to his favorite Aerosmith CD and can picture him sing along to the reel to real back in the day, God, he couldn't keep a tune but looking back, it was so cute! Well, I hope some day I get the chance to go to Sturgis and see The Best Old Time Rocker! Wish me luck in the drawing!!;-) Have fun, stay safe and take care ~Lisa~
